Folks this is the advice from Motorcycling Victoria re the practice day:

There is no need to book in for our Practice Day on September 18. You should just turn up on the day, sign-on starts at approximately 7.45am with a Rider Briefing just prior to 9.00am with hopefully the first group out on Track shortly after 9.00am. There will be a lunch break somewhere between 12.00-1.00pm and the day will conclude at approximately 4.00pm. You will pay on the day.
