Hello Everyone, I trust you are all well and have enjoyed another great year of racing with the BEARs Motorcycle Racing Club.
The racing season is now over for us and the new year is fast approaching. With that in mind, we now look forward to the 2023 Racing Season which starts with our Annual General Meeting in January 2023.
This year we are trying something a little different with regard to the location and timing of the BEARs AGM which we hope will prove a great success.
As some of you may be aware, the St George motorcycle club throughout the summer runs a Night Time Race Series which is conducted under lights at Sydney Motorsports Park in Eastern Creek. To encourage all of our fellow interstate members to make the journey to the AGM, we have organised for our AGM to be conducted on a day between two of the night race meets in January.
To add even more incentive for everyone to attend, we have secured one of the corporate suites above pit straight at SMSP to conduct the AGM
AGM Date: Saturday 14th January 2023
Location: SMSP Pit Suite 4
Time: Commences at 1230
Concludes at 1630 (Racing on Friday and Saturday night starts at 1730)
Inclusions: Small canape selection including vegetarian skewers, party pies and sausage rolls
Limited Beveridge package including selection of beer, wine and soft drinks
